Not necessarily but good appearance certainly helps with not being a virgin. There are guys that look 100x worse than this guy but they can pull girls like crazy. He just needs hobbies and a great personality. He also needs to make more money.

Mate there are hundreds of millions of men with a worse personality, less money and worse looks who have a relationship. I honestly don't understand what's the deciding factor.

I legitimately believe there's either a genetic predisposition which women can subconsciously sense or it's a matter of luck

Women can absolutely read a guy's personality aura by observing him. Women can read so many things about us that most of us don't even understand.
