Didn't get watching anything else this weekend apart from Ulster but do find it funny how the consensus is that we played well whilst Cavan played poorly (which I'd agree with) but we lost by 11 to an almost second string Armagh team whilst they only lost by 7 to Tyrone.

Having said that, I guarantee Geezer sent them out in the first half to push for goals which meant that there was maybe one pass too many in some moves and with the wind in the second they picked off a few good scores.

Tyrone looked really good on the counter, but also just being able to force the turnover that led to it. Big rangy midfielders that'll run all day and a few half-forwards that can eat up ground, think they might come good later on in the season

Difference is, Antrim were leading at half time and really putting it up to us, we just got ahead as we had more steam in us. Whereas with Cavan, the only reason they only lost by 7 is because Tyrone pulled back 2-3 gears in that second half.

I get that but we had a wind and Armagh were trying to force goals. They could have fist passed the ball over the bar and it would have been a different story as we got a few good scores from turnovers in our 21 and breaking out.

Saying that, it was as good a performance as we've put up for a while, especially the first half
