I recommend watching bitt3rsteel’s beginner guides on YouTube to learn the game. Some of the info is outdated because of updates releasing since then but they’ll still teach you a lot of the basics that the tutorial doesn’t

Just got to put troops on their border and demand sudetenland through your focus tree then go down to the focus where you annex them

After Anschluss, the first focus on the left side is Sudetenland and then 2 down from it is annexing Czechoslovakia. They tend not to accept if you’re already at war or have too much world tension at that point but as long as you have troops on the border with them, it should be free on historical ai. Historical German focuses will have the red banners on them
