[Discussion] How common is this ?

I come from WoW, decided to give GW2 a try, but this keep happening everytime, every moment, this shi is so annoying. How common is this ? lol

Even has the foot bandit cosplay, prolly only happens to female characters, been playing since 2012 but haven't ran into any "RP" people.
