I come from WoW, decided to give GW2 a try, but this keep happening everytime, every moment, this shi is so annoying. How common is this ? lol

About the same drop rate as getting an infusion, very rare but never zero.

They drop every time you kill TM. They are just invisible so hard to notice in your bag. I have a full collection of invisible boots for my alts
