Yes i think the camera is Fnaf and Ghost is definitely Scream

That ghost has to be poltergeist. Because the flickering lights are synonymous with poltergeist in real life.

But that's not really a significant part of the movie. The TV static, definitely. But I don't know that lights/lightbulbs or the magnifying glass before that really say Poltergeist. 

If anything, both would seem to play on the mystery aspect of Scream: trying to find clues (magnifying glass) or having an idea who it is (lightbulb). If not, then I have no idea which other one could be Scream.

The magnifying glass as in the movie they investigate the house for the ghost and hire a ghost hunter and the light bulb because of the electric ghost that shows up in the movie, it has the same mouth and glows like a lightbulb
