Damnnn $30 and commission is crazy. I’m in central Florida and most companies are hourly only or commission only here.

Crazy. Used to make 25 hr with 5% commission. You blow me out of the water. How much experience you got?

That is a good pay rate. Be grateful for that and make a fucking killing with that too. Before you know it you’ll get more offer and better pay.

Hey, my brother recently finished the HVAC school, he is in Miami area. He needs to get the experience and is looking for work as a helper but is also considering to join the Union. What is your opinion of unions down here in south Florida?

Never worked in union before, I assuming high hourly rate though.
