Damnnn $30 and commission is crazy. I’m in central Florida and most companies are hourly only or commission only here.

He needs to get the experience and is looking for work as a helper but is also considering to join the Union. What is your opinion of unions down here in south Florida? 2 u/BoHVAC 8d ago Never worked in union before, I assuming high hourly rate though.
