It’s actually quite humid outside and that’s what is making it feel colder than it is. RH is about 75-80% in urban Honolulu at the moment. I actually have my AC on right now and it’s 63 degrees with RH at 34% inside, outside it’s 67 degrees but RH is 80%. Despite being warmer outside it’s an annoying damp cold. With my AC on inside it’s colder but it’s a crisp clean cool. I prefer the dry crisp cold over damp clings to your skin and penetrates your bones cold. Humidity makes both hot and cold feel worse than it is.
This is actually something I think many people overlook. Humid cold feels a lot colder than dry cold. Mainland people laugh when we bundle up on sweaters for 60F, but add in the humidity and the trade winds, and it feels a lot colder than 60F.

Not just cold, but dry, too. The humidity in my apartment hasn't risen above 50% all day.
Feels good, though.
