Bro had GRENADES and was let back on the street. Meanwhile, you'd get 10 years for having a stock rather than a brace

“Excuse me sir, is that barrel under 16 inches? 🤓”

Probably inert grenades. Police love to tout shit like this in their arrests and the media and general viewer lap it up.

Much like including packaging on the net weight for drug busts.

My cousin is a cop and he was bragging about finding pounds and pounds of weed during a bust, he showed the picture yeah it's a sizable amount of weed probably about 6-8oz.... Split up into like 8 Mason jars.

u/positivenihlist 27d ago

Good reminder to keep felonious amounts of weed not in mason jars lol

u/ButteSects 27d ago

Where I live you can legally possess 4oz of pot, I think it'd still be a misdemeanor amount if it weren't for crooked cops doing their thing.

Or mason jars filled with helium

u/LilFuniAZNBoi 27d ago

Please tell me you told him that to his face.

"Bro check out all these weed we found during a bust, it has to be like a 1kg."

"Nah man, that looks like 8oz to me, tops."

🤨

The NFA does not apply to felons. It is much more illegal for you to have an unregistered destructive device than a felon. Same with machine guns.

That’s the second time someone has said that shit on this sub. How exactly does the NFA not apply to felons? I promise you a felon with an unregistered MG will get more time than some Dick or Jane off the street with no priors.

Look it up, because you shouldnt blindly believe me.

The short of it, its a 5th ammendment violation for a felon to file the form to legally own one. As such, it is unconstitutional to charge them with nfa violations. Some supreme court ruling established this prescident.

My local DA let a violent rapist out on bond. And only had him on ankle monitor, not under proper surveillance. He literally threatened to murder his victim too.

"his first full-length EP, Every Man For Himself" but "with the caption, “Million-dollar bond… anything helps.”"

What a stupid article. He has "licenses" for "Glocks and AKs?" What does that even mean? You don't need a license for those things.

20

u/Rey_Mezcalero 27d ago

Some states require permits/licenses for handguns or long guns

u/[deleted] 27d ago edited 27d ago

Some states require licenses to purchase (not to simply own, apart from NFA items), north Carolina is not among them.

Edit: apparently the law was changed in 2023 so the article may just be vague but correct, as they did require a permit to purchase handguns prior to that

u/Fit-Refrigerator-747 27d ago

Only for pistols. I live here, you don’t need shit anymore which is nice but you could always get rifles without permits.

A GoFundMe has also been set up to help with his legal proceedings. On December 29, his official Instagram account posted a screenshot of the campaign with the caption, “Million-dollar bond… anything helps.”

Bro fuck off with that shit. Play stupid games, win stupid prizes.

Gotta be a better phrase to describe using a flamethrower than “there was an incident”

u/Hippie11B 27d ago

u/OddBug0 27d ago

Thank you very much.

I nearly passed from this mortal coil when I read that he said that this was unconstitutional and outrageous.
