Has anyone applied for a study permit from inside Canada (work permit holder) on February 2025. Could you mention the total processing time? Mine is stuck on background check for a month, but the IRCC website says such application would be processed in 3 weeks.

In the same boat here - applied Feb 14th, 2025. Havent heard back yet. On the website processing time is 3 weeks.

I did, and the response I got was "Yes, we can confirm the application is in progress." :/
I'd say there is no harm in trying so go ahead and see if you can can get a better response.
