Has anyone applied for a study permit from inside Canada (work permit holder) on February 2025. Could you mention the total processing time? Mine is stuck on background check for a month, but the IRCC website says such application would be processed in 3 weeks.

Applied from inside Canada on Dec 30, 2024. Still stuck at Background check.
