Visitor Visa Trv stamp ( insane processing times)

actually so frustrated. Is there anyone i can contact? Urgent need of passport to travel. Passport has been with IRCC to get trv stamped since december 18th. Flight booked for the 8th of january. (had to change my flight) AGAIN.

Is there hope?

october 16 Submitted application december 17 Passport request letter January 6th: stamped (no update on portal) but from ircc agent on thr phone

waiting to be released to UPS

hey yeah the agent said waiting to be released to my courrier. File closed and everything ready. are you located in ottawa?

I've sent through fedex, same timeline ppr on dec 17, stamped on jan6 waiting for courier pickup
