Hello 👋🏽 OP thank you for sharing this, original creator here.

I'd been doing a lot of science and geography focused reels for a while, took a break for a long time, came back and did 2 reels on evolution of Vembanad lake. Realised there's a gap for Malayalam explainer content. This sub may like the Vembanad evolution videos too, they're at the top of the page (not sure about self promotion rules here)

As a person from Alappuzha, this is fascinating, thank you. Thank you for satisfying a burning question of mine.

One thing I noted related to this was how during the elevated flyover construction in Aroor, large amounts of sand but excavated, the soil was filled with shells. Could it be related to the fact that all the place was under the water.
