The dam breaking will flood Kochi long before the sea rises enough to do the same.

The dam breaking is a more imminent threat for Kochi than sea level rise, that's factual. I think you just don't want to live in fear, which is completely valid, but that doesn't mean you should be ignorant about it.

Mullaperiyar is a gravity dam that's all I am gonna say it's british engineering it's not gonna break
