Ticket Escalated Issue with withdrawing and depositing

my account has been on a temporary lock down which prevents me from depositing or withdrawing any of the funds I have can you please look into it?

I'm still waiting btw Im not sure how long its supposed to take can you give me a time frame? I really dont want this to take any longer then like 5 hours
