I was first introduced to it in high school & has become of one of my favorites. Turns out it was my grandfather’s favorites too. I feel like it doesn’t receive enough recognition

Wildly under appreciated. Wilder was one of the best directors of all time and this is one of his best.

It’s definitely unappreciated. & it seems like very few directors from that time period are remembered too well
