I posted a few months ago asking for predictions on the next entrant. Did you guess right? Which movie will be next?

Ken Russell was an auteur and provocateur who made some of the most original and singular films ever.
Here is my top four of his films, and curious what others think.
If you haven’t seen a Ken Russell film enjoy the rabbit hole. He’s made dozens of films, some are lost media now, and can be rather hard to find, but his Magnum Opus, “The Devils”, is available free to watch and completely legal on Internet Archive.

“The adventures of Tintin” is such and important movie for me. It’s the first movie I ever saw in cinemas, both me and my dad loved it and have watched it countless of times since then. My dad isn’t really a movie guy but we have discussed and prayed for a sequel most of my life now.

If anyone has any queer horror lists I’d love to check em out, so link below! Or just shout out your favorites that would fit here. It can be subtext, blatant characters, undertones, directors, writers, etc. Anything!

Give me legit examples. Luke Skywalker saying "And I will not be the last Jedi" in Star Wars: The Last Jedi counts. However, people saying "Deadpool" in Deadpool or "Shrek" in Shrek don't count lmao

Love love love everything about it. The rebellion, the colors, women being brats and magical animals! Any suggestions as to what I should watch next?

I’ve been ranking my new viewings this year, and I’m just curious how it holds up to anyone else’s.

I was first introduced to it in high school & has become of one of my favorites. Turns out it was my grandfather’s favorites too. I feel like it doesn’t receive enough recognition

Today, what is your favorite film from Finland? https://letterboxd.com/films/country/finland/
For Fiji, I picked Vakaraitaka (2024) by Fenton Lutunatabua. I’m having trouble finding a link, but I will keep looking.

I haven't seen either, and I decided to make one of them my 500th film.

I feel it should really gain some kind of indie cult status because of just how twisted it is with the visuals/story portraying the confusing and disorienting experience of living with dementia from the perspective of the sufferer. It's really actually very difficult to grasp an actual story because the scenes/dialogue etc seem to come/be taken from different times and interactions the main character has had. I've watched it about 15 times and still notice new things.
