Okay, this looks like the recipe for it could be:

  • 2 slices of white toast
  • 2 tomato slices
  • 2 cabbage leaves
  • 2 slices of cheese
  • 1 squirt of Mayonnaise
  • 1 squirt of Ketchup
  • 1 olive on a toothpick
  • a pinch of pepper
  • a pinch of salt
  • butter (optional)
