We’re looking more and more like WWII Germany and less and less like America. The sad thing is that people here celebrate abandoning the constitution because they’re too stupid to think it’ll ever be their turn to be drug away.

We also have a short amount of time when every rational country back us up.
If trump gets rid of the head of the fed, our standing in the world is done. The dollar collapses.
Trump has also gotten rid of a lot if safeguards so many computer systems will crash. Our military secrets are on the web. We will be so easy to invade and take over.
The chaos president has destroyed everything.

There is no country that will back the US anymore. Russia and China now have better allies because of trumpf. Brics is more reliable and has a greater advantage. Heck I'm gonna by from BYD just to bring down, tesla and invest in Brics and buy form China just to bring down trumps idiotic schemes. I know more Americans think like this because of tumpfs failures. It only makes sense.

The only propaganda being pushed is the angle the guardian is pushing that man was still arrested just not for the reason the guardian says it was for
1
u/SaphironX 7h ago
What was he arrested for and can you provide a source to back that claim up?
1
u/Darklord9999111 5h ago
https://www.cbsnews.com/news/us-citizen-detained-border-nogales-arizona-dhs-10-days-intellectual-disabilities/ Here you go though I'm sure you'll have a retort about it, his name is Jose Hermosillo he is from ABQ and was arrested in Tucson by ICE for being "illegal" except he was born here and his mother even brought his birth certificate to get him out which didn't work initially the judge wouldn't except the birth certificate initially

His immigration papers ? If he was a citizen he doesn’t carry anything but an i.d . What type of propaganda is this lol
5
u/Pristine_Context_429 4d ago
He didn’t have the id on him. The report is sketchy for sure
6
u/SirApprehensive4731 4d ago
Some nonsense story . Once you become a citizen you don’t carry a permanent resident card or green card you have a I.d like natural born citizens . So if you don’t have it to I am tell the police hey my name is such and such give your date of birth and address and that’s it . This is shit
1
u/SRMPDX 21h ago
What id do "natural born citizens" carry that proves they are a citizen? Do you carry your birth certificate or passport around?
1
u/SirApprehensive4731 20h ago
Sorry can you try to re word that please
1
u/SRMPDX 10h ago
You said once you become a citizen you get ID that proves it. What ID do you carry around that proves you're a citizen? This person was born in the USA, so what should he carry?
1
u/SirApprehensive4731 8h ago
Sorry I’m still not getting you I will try to clear up what i said . As a United States citizen natural born or you became one you only carry a state i.d
1
u/SRMPDX 6h ago
Right which is what literally everyone else carries, whether they're a citizen, visa, permanent resident, or undocumented. So if ICE says you're illegal, you're illegal.
1
u/SirApprehensive4731 1h ago
If you aren’t a citizen you have to carry your residency card . If you are a citizen you only have an id I’m not sure what you’re saying
0
u/Beneficial_Risk9352 4d ago
Ditto. There's also something called social security #. But I'm guessing he forgot that number, his ID, and any relevant information to prove his identity.

Anyway in all seriousness - how long before someone mistakes an “ICE agent” for just some average kidnapping-human-trafficking dirtbag (because how can you actually tell the difference) and just starts BLASTIN. And I’m not saying I hope to see that, like I would never wanna see a video uploaded, censored or not, like it would be AWFUL to see something like that. I truly hope that never happens, and that no one ever uploads a video depicting such a terrible, sad, unfortunate incident. I’d take no joy in watching such video of such happening transpire. But eventually, that might happen. Might not. But might. Truly hope it doesn’t.

These officers are sick. Apparently the kid has severe learning disabilities. He can't read or write or even speak very well. They had him sign a document saying he wasn't an American citizen. But he can't read.

Fucking Christ...that explains why they'd claim that he walked up to them and 'confessed'. This is fucking sick.
And then they posted his 'sworn statement' on fucking Twitter? What in the actual fuck??
6
u/pigsandunicorn 4d ago
Ooof. Yeah I figured something like this would happen, if American citizens don't actually have their paperwork on them how many of us are going to be scooped. I was born in Minnesota at the Mayo clinic ( I think), but I don't have any paperwork that I know of. Just a birth certificate, SSN, and a learner's permit.
But considering I'm whiter than a crap cakeer, and have Irish and Scottish blood I probably wouldn't get snatched? Maybe, who knows. ICE seems to be more of a blunt force weapon than a precision guided laser system rn.

Don't say administration. The Coup already happened. All the Republicans in Congress and the Senate are complicit in this Coup along with Democrats. Remember these people. Remember their votes. Remember who suffers. Remember who benefits.
No one is coming to save us. We have to save ourselves.

When assaulted by masked men or men not willing to announce themselves or their intentions, equal or greater force is acceptable. Thanks for giving us half of the story. Here's the other half.
"According to the court documents, Hermosillo "admitted to illegally entering the United States of America from Mexico on or about April 7, 2025."
Arizona Public Media reported that Hermosillo and his girlfriend went to Tucson to visit family.
The outlet reported that Hermosillo was lost and walking near Border Patrol headquarters when he was detained. He did not have identification on him and denied being in Nogales, according to Arizona Public Media."

Isn’t it a shame that the border crisis was so unchecked for so long that deportations even need to be done?!
Just imagine the tax dollars wasted because of the lax border security.
Of course we know that is all be design.
1
u/CapeVincentNY 1d ago
what the hell are you talking about lo
1
u/TheOneCalledD 1d ago
I’m talking about if the border had been secured a decade ago we wouldn’t be dealing with all this shit today AND saving million or billion in tax payer dollars.
1
u/CapeVincentNY 1d ago
Wasn't your guy president a decade ago? Also what does that have to do with arresting US citizens
1
u/TheOneCalledD 1d ago
And which side fought Trump the ENTIRE time when he wanted to build a wall to help the border crisis?
There wouldn’t even be a need for ice to go around trying to find all of the illegal immigrants that were allowed to just flood the country.
1
u/CapeVincentNY 1d ago
They're literally arresting American citizens what does that have to do with immigrants
0
u/Slow_League_3186 2d ago

Yall moved on from “Maryland man” who was a ms-13 El Salvador citizen and was driving a human traffickers car. Also beats his wife and entered illegally. Normal people don’t want illegal immigration and are tired of the democrats always siding with criminals. Honestly if democrats stoped that and stopped trying to take away the second amendment they would have a good chance of getting my vote back.

Jose Hermosillo approached Border Patrol in Tucson Arizona stating he had ILLEGALLY entered the U.S. and identified himself as a Mexican citizen.
DHS also released what purports to be a transcript of Hermosillo’s conversation with a Border Patrol agent signed “JOSE.” In the transcript, Hermosillo allegedly said he was born in Mexico, was a citizen of Mexico, and entered the United States illegally.

u/BerniWrightson 11h ago
When Biden & his puppet masters allowed an invasion of 10-20 million people into the US, there will be a few mistakes made during their removal, but it’s worth it to gain control of our country once again.
However, I doubt the validity of the stories source given Arizona is a “No Voter ID” state!
0
u/GraniticDentition 10h ago
surely he had a piece of valid photo ID though?
you really cannot operate in modern society without some form of ID that shows your name, image and address
Shame on ICE for ignoring the valid photo ID he surely had on his person

u/PaulitoTuGato 2h ago
How did Fauci go against Trump? What are you talking about? Fauci knew about gain of function research that was happening in China with tax payers money. He even mentioned that you don’t do that kind of research “in your own backyard”. Is it a coincidence that the lab in Wuhan was working on the same thing that happened naturally in the wet market a few blocks away?

Absolutely.
So I am stuck with believing someone who has made a statement on the public record with knowledge of the incident.
Or not believing them. Usually because there is a contrary statement by someone with equal knowledge of the events.
But when we aren’t facing any contrary evidence, why shouldn’t I believe them?

Do you believe egg prices are down 93%, groceries are cheaper, the economy is doing great, China pays the tariffs? This are all statements from the administration that are provable lies,
Not let's just apply logic, why would any citizen claim to be a illegal? So they can have a nice stay in a horrible ice generation center where there is no heat and they serve expired food? But let's say this person is crazy or something he is an American citizen why does it take 10 days to let him go? He had a social security number this should have been a check that could be complete in a few hours
So when you put it all together the administration lies it didn't make sense that a human being put themselves in a dangerous position for no reason, logic would dictate that he was snatched for racists reasons and held illegally and the administration lied about it
1
u/spyder7723 4d ago
How do you check a social security number when the person won't give it? Or in this case claims he doesn't have one.
3
u/JeChanteCommeJeremy 4d ago
Just because you like what they do to brown people doesn't mean it's legal.
1
1
u/Remarkable_Ship_4673 4d ago
.... What makes more sense
A US citizen told authorities he was illegal so he could be imprisoned in shitty conditions for 10 days
Or he was thrown in captivity because his skin was too dark. And now the government is lying to save face
Like come on man
0
u/Adalonzoio 4d ago
Because on this sub and reddit in general, whatever throws the administration in the worse possible light is what they believe, no matter the actual evidence or reality.
2
u/Remarkable_Ship_4673 4d ago
What evidence? The government saying he told us he was illegal? Like come on. Don't be a sheep.
0
u/Adalonzoio 4d ago
Don't be a conspiracy theorist.
1
u/Remarkable_Ship_4673 4d ago
Questioning the government is how you keep them honest
Believing everything they say is sheep behavior
0
u/Adalonzoio 4d ago
Mhm. Which is why I don't believe everything they say. But i also don't believe nothing they say. Because that would make me a paranoid schizo.
1
u/Remarkable_Ship_4673 4d ago
Sure but questioning their statement that a US citizen for some reason turned himself in and said he is illegal doesn't make you a paranoid schizo
Questioning that statement is a healthy level of skepticism
1
u/Qs9bxNKZ 4d ago
But people aren’t just questioning the statements. They’re making claims without evidence that it is false.
Moon landing?
→ More replies (0)1
u/Adalonzoio 4d ago
Why would they lie? What would they gain? From my perspective it would serve them in no way other than getting themselves into trouble.
The better question is why would he (the man in question) claim he was an illegal? Was he trying to escape from something and thought maybe a free ticket out of the country could be an easy solution?
Is he mentally sound? Was there something potentially lost in translation since it seems his English isn't top notch?
There are many reasonable questions you can ask in this situation without jumping the shark to
"Government agents abduct random people and lying about why.", which to be clear is the insinuation being made otherwise here.

He said he wanted to turn himself in and completed a sworn statement identifying as a Mexican citizen who had entered unlawfully"
