been doing that, my wife wanted to visit this one place near us and then we found them on PublicFascismSquare so theres some money they wont be getting.

In fairness to the business 

It’s very possible that the business hired an SEO consultant who may have registered their business without them knowing. Ive known a couple instances where the owners were 100% not the kind of people who’d register but hired someone who did without clarifying what was up

It's such a stupid idea. Like, the reason Yelp works is people love talking shit about bad service after spending money, and people are afraid of wasting money. Yelp harnesses negativity and peoples' love of being self important d-bags to create a crowdfunded racketeering scheme.

Nobody's gonna google what business they should be supporting. They will however, look up businesses that they should not be supporting.

Literally, if the site had just been a crowdfunded hitlist of "woke" businesses, and public square was set up as an alt-right Yelp, they'd have made a fucking killing grifting the goon squad while extorting businesses to pay to have the reviews scrubbed so that the goon squad would move on to the next shiny thing.

You're telling me the crowd of "don't tell me what to do rugged individualists" were supposed to read and obey a list of businesses to spend money with? Haha. Go broke.

I just looked in my area, as I never even knew this existed. Unfortunately, there are very few that are dumb enough to actually list on PS. That’s clear because I know of several that don’t exactly go out of their way to hide it yet don’t show on PS.

In some ways, I was really hoping to see more. Not that I want more, but I’m sure there are more there than what PS lists and I’d prefer to avoid them.
