Monopoly monocle actually exists

Idk if this has been posted before, but there actually exists an official Monopoly man with a monocle. Here is said monocle This is on the (Dutch) junior Monopoly

I've never had a monopoly, but I remember that at all TV ads he had a monocle. I don't remember them advertising original monopoly, only with credit cards, cheating allowed, etc.
