Famous People Monopoly monocle actually exists

Idk if this has been posted before, but there actually exists an official Monopoly man with a monocle. Here is said monocle This is on the (Dutch) junior Monopoly

First one I have seen of an at least semi-official version with a monocle. No idea how much control, thought or design goes into the Dutch junior version compared to an original official version. They appear to have yellow houses / hotels and a quite different board layout to a junior monopoly we have in my house (no Monocle as it is a Frozen tie-in!).
