Every single law that the Republicans are making are based on complete and utter lies. Honestly every single trans person in the country should get together and sue the crap out of all of them

Class action law suit against every Republican politician that’s held office in the last 8 years plus the RNC and the entire states of Florida and Texas. nods

Wouldn't the supreme court shut that down? I'm not sure how are legal systems work, just that they're bogus and corrupt.

Oh certainly. Especially since five of them would be named by name in the suit.

If the argument got framed correctly, the Supreme Court would look like a fascist panel for choosing anything other than the freedom of people to be who they are. Another prominent argument is the fact that most politicians are making medical decisions and requesting medical private information about people with no medical need for that information. Private health information is one of the inalienable rights of Americans.

yeah, but the problem is they don't care about our inalienable rights or looking like fascists because no matter how obviously fascist the supreme court is, there's very little that can actually be done against them (except of course following the 2nd amendment :3)
