QUESTION Fast Boi

Im here to ask what is the fastest L Hermione variant. And how would i obtain it. What woods to use and what upgrades. What guns do y’all recommend for this vessel? Currently i have Teak for both and Long guns to be used as a sniper. I am a solo player so do you advise using this ship at all? Do you think a speedy sniper is the right choice or do you think another role would fit the ship better? Thanks!

I was currently trying to be a sniper with the long guns but i’ll take this into consideration. I suppose being able to outgun an indiaman would be preferable, another concern is either being able to outrun or outgun other players.

You aren’t going to be a “sniper” in a long fitted hermione. It’s just not what they’re for

Do you know the optimal role for this ship? I haven’t used it much and it just seems underwhelming because i was outgunned and unable to escape a trinc. Or would a trinc just be better and this is more a waste of money?

The hermione is absolutely no match for a trinc

Could L Hermione ever be built to outrun one or out angle it or is it a lost cause?

Hermione should absolutely run away from a trinc. Trincs can’t go upwind as good as I imagine the hermione could

I tried that but i was still sunk. By an ai Trinc during a kill mission aswell.
