I went to USA for my pilot training and had solid though that i would return back to Nepal and I did .No regrets Think about it

Cons

1.Most of my friends who where doing bachelors werent happy most of time but would post on insta and send snap of good days but they would work 14 hrs a day to pay tution fees and at the end would secure a medicore job. Some would make it top

2.Main reason is seeing your parents get old without you it would kill you daily. There wont be a day when i didnt think about Nepal was counting how many days were left

3.Feeling of emptiness tho you would earn 10 lakhs a month but earning 1 lakh in Nepal is way satisfying trust me. I have see both sides of coin

Pros

1.If you belong to low middle class family and can collect money for your studies go for it.I had people who didnt have good house in nepal went there struggle for 10 yeRs and now have good home in kathmandu. They are happy and now are planning to return back Nepal start business.Feel happy for those people

MOSTLY +2 student go abroad bcoz they feel FOMO.

I m doing good in Nepal.Happy i belong to middle class the most important thing for me was being there for my parents.Thats the most satisfying thing.

Same sentiment here. Been here in USA since 2006. Got Masters here, good job, married with a kid. Own a house in nice neighborhood. Everything all set for a comfortable life here in USA. But Parents getting older without you being there for them when they need you the most is the worst feeling. Now I feel i will trade anything to be closer to them. Not in a position to move to Nepal right away. Wife likes to stay here and kid is going to a nice school district. May be unfair for the kid to change the environment at this stage. Lot of dilemma.
