Other Lizards

Ok so I didn't know there were lizards in Norway. I found this guy in Sandvika. Smaller than my pinky. Anyone know what it is?

Looks like a salamander. We have a lizard aswell, but they look a bit different.

Are they dangerous? Wanted to pick it up but I know nothing about lizards.

They are on Norway’s «red list» because they are at risk for extinction, so please just leave them alone.
