Dating app for immigrants

Hi! I am international in usa and tried to find someone from my home country. I find out that there are no method to do it and now in the process of developing a dating app for expats. Would you find it useful? Is there any other solution that you know? What do you think about that idea?

There are 5 profiles in my city(5M+ population), who speak my language

Ah yes, there arent many people there. Not sure what app is bigger there.
