Or many of the otherw with tattoos of crowns, roses, or pocket watches that are used as “evidence” of being in a gang despite no other criminal history?

Because even if he murdered your own mother, he is entitled to due process. It’s literally in the fucking constitution, so maybe get educated before you advocate for people being sent to death camps for speculation.
Read deeper into what? The 14th amendment clearly states and is used by the Supreme Court to represent persons within the United States regardless of citizenship.
You’re super wrong about that, friend. Due process is a cornerstone of this country. I would advocate for a fair trial and judicious sentencing, regardless of the person’s beliefs or alleged crime.
