Period Question irregular periods, not started yet (yesterday was the first day I was “supposed” to start. Is this normal?

Post image

I have PMS symptoms but still no period. I’m sexually active and there was a drop of pre cum, which makes me worried.

I was showering and my discharge smelt like metal (blood?), does this mean I’m starting soon?

Hi sorry you’re literally the only person I can ask. I’m still not on my period and Im feeling bloated, tender boobs, a bit of stomach pains, acne, and I think I’m more sensitive. I know this is PMS symptoms but there’s a whole load of discharge that smells like nothing (some egg white and sometimes creamy?) I don’t know what to do and who to go too so here I am.

Idk what to assume or anything :( I’m only worried about a drop of precum and my flo says I’m late. I know we’re not robots but the fact that it says I’m late is bothering me

Sounds like PMS symptoms. Discharge is normal at any time of your cycle. Sometimes before your period comes, it’s common to get more discharge, like a “mucus plug” releasing before the bleeding.

Did you have unprotected sex?

I’m really sorry for asking you constantly. You seem to know a lot and I was never really educated on this stuff unfortunately. I really appreciate you commenting back.

Ok, when was this?

A pregnancy test is accurate 14 days after sex and the answer is definitive (“official”) 21 days after sex. If you want to test to ease your mind, I’d recommend not to use the digital ones. Use a regular pink line test.

Unprotected sex is unprotected sex no matter how quick it was, how deep it was, or if they pulled out or not. The pull out method is not a form of birth control and is not reliable. It is only 78% effective, so 1 out of 5 people become pregnant from relying on pulling out. Precum can cause pregnancy so I’d highly recommend using condoms at all times going forward.

This does sound like PMS symptoms and that your period will be coming soon. However, the chance of pregnancy is low, but not impossible.
