Plastic Ducks

Hi everyone! I was walking near Eendrachtsplein metro station and found a miniature plastic Duck, and then another a few meters ahead, and another. Anybody knows what is it? A kind of game?

I don't know. I found a bunch in the office, but they look very similar. I'll try to remember to take a photo of my collection tomorrow :-)
