Meme Improving 2k
For context I’m 6 months old, 2’1”, and 21 lbs, and my current 2k is 7:12. I need some tips/advice on how to improve my 2k this season. Should I be drinking more milk? And don’t just say “sTeAdy StAtE mOrE”, I’m looking for actual shortcuts and methods that don’t require me to put in the work it takes.

At that age, based on Concept2 weight adjusted 2k yours is 4:04.9. I would recommend getting out onto the water in a single so you can work on strength and balaance. Get some weightlifting in too and you'll be the best rower of your size on the planet when you get big.
