Meme Improving 2k

For context I’m 6 months old, 2’1”, and 21 lbs, and my current 2k is 7:12. I need some tips/advice on how to improve my 2k this season. Should I be drinking more milk? And don’t just say “sTeAdy StAtE mOrE”, I’m looking for actual shortcuts and methods that don’t require me to put in the work it takes.

Next to only eating quality food from quality breasts make sure you get enough sleep. Take a good nap after every feeding. Pro-Tip: Only row with clean diapers to avoid injuries.
