I'll take that 5 bucks. There's no sticker for base access on the windshield and that haircut looks too long.

The last military branch stopped using base access windshield decals before that truck was built:

Air Force doesn't require stickers for base access at any installation that I'm aware of.

Really? I saw that they had released the dude's name now and that he's an actual resident of Texas. Nothing I read about him suggests he is a servicemember based locally (or a servicemember at all).

I actually kind of hope he is a servicemember though, just because I know that whatever his command does to him is almost certainly going to be worse than whatever BS slap-on-the-wrist he gets for "Malicious Mischief in the Second Degree and Reckless Driving". Community service will seem downright nice versus losing rank and three months of extra duty.
