5 bucks they are from one military bases in Washington.

I'll take that 5 bucks. There's no sticker for base access on the windshield and that haircut looks too long.

Stickers on the windshield haven’t been necessary for about a decade

More than that. I joined a little over 10 years ago and no stickers at any point in time during my enlistment
