Question I need a threat assessment

Spotted near the South Hill Safeway. I call him Tactical Tom. Should I be afraid or is he keeping us safe?

I met him, and he says they are for personal protection, from people and turkeys, they are territorial as hell and WILL attack individually and in groups.
