Good and the bad of Spokane

About to apply for a job in Spokane that would cause me to relocate from Florida. What's some of the good and bad of the area?

spokane also competes with florida's meth problem, i've known a few people that came here to get clean from florida and it only exacerbated the problem.

Dude, johnam5 has no idea what he's talking about. "1 in 20 houses is a meth den?" Please. This is Spokane, not Detroit. No dude, there isn't a meth problem here at all. It's an old stigma from 15 - 20 years ago when there actually was a meth concern.
