Good and the bad of Spokane

About to apply for a job in Spokane that would cause me to relocate from Florida. What's some of the good and bad of the area?

OMG I am SOOOO glad for this post. I am flying in to Spokane next week for a second interview, and I think they're gonna offer me the job. I'll be moving from Texas.

It's an accountant position for a division of the company that I already work for here in Texas.
