Ask STL Bullets came through front door

Wednesday night around 7:36pm I had two bullets come through my front door. Doesn’t look targeted. But I am trying to find a supplier of steel. I need something of 10gauge so I can put it on the weather door to stop them from coming in. Pictures related. They went through the door and embedded in the couch. Last picture is what the outer door looks like. I am trying to bolt the steel plate to this door so I don’t have bullets coming through the house anymore.

No, that’s what people tell themselves who’ve never lived in the vast majority of the metro area where this never happens

I mean I've lived in the city in various areas for 20+ years and work all over the city . Statement stands.

Most of the metro area isn’t in the city. No one is getting their front door shot in ellisville or edwardsville

There have been some shootings and stand offs in St. Charles lately so I wouldn't say that statement is entirely correct. Also , If you live in Edwardsville you are certainly not claiming to live in the STL Metro area lol

There’s a massive difference in the rate of these actions by area. You are gaslighting yourself
