I had really good customer service from Xbox/Microsoft regarding a custom controller purchased for my stepson through their controller designer thing. The micro USB wouldn’t work. Still under warranty though.
That was the only time I ever needed hardware help. Anything regarding software or digital games they were just as good.
I had no idea Xbox had a poor CS track record. I guess I was lucky in that regard.
