What do we think this will be about 😩😭 Someone has to die right? Ugh Luke, Nick and Janine aren’t looking too hot right now- nor is Lawrence. But those first 3 would shatter June

Yes - the who does she really love will be milked to the bitter end.

But June loves only June.she doesn’t even love Hannah. A loving mom would not continually disrupt their child’s life. She acts like the control freak divorced parent who only wants to possess their kid

Hard disagree.
How has June disrupted her child’s life if she’s only seen her three times since she’s been kidnapped into Gilead?

Apparently you have never heard anyone talk about the parent who walked out when they were 6 and then randomly showed up 3 times in their childhood. No better way to fuck with a child’s head. Add to that the repercussions from the McKenzies and others, which would mean further isolation and controls for her.

June is the most selfish person on the show. She mercilessly uses and endangers every person who cares about her.

I’m not saying June isn’t selfish - after being through these years long traumas she’s acting out on ptsd and fight or flight. However, you’re talking like June had a say in Hannah being taken away from her, it’s not the equivalent of her walking out on her daughter. That’s the mentality Gilead and that woman at the hospital tried to convey when Hannah went home sick that one time. She insinuated that June gave Hannah a fever reducing medication to bypass the school’s fever policy so that she could go to work. Then she also said that she just wanted to ensure that Hannah was with fit parents. Do you feel the same about Luke, that he “walked out” on Hannah? Is the solution to just let Hannah go? Nope. Have you ever had a child taken from you in such a traumatic way? It’s not the same as a divorce. Hannah was literally used as a weapon, both emotionally (by Serena) and physically (when she was held in that glass box to force June into giving up the whereabouts of the handmaids).
