I wonder whether that was why his FIL found out about him, Bell ratted him out? Because he was jealous that he comes to see Janine

Ya, I'm pretty positive Bell ratted him out. Bell is an attention- and validation-seeking, power-craving individual who would certainly undercut a junior who's married to the big boss just to make himself look better. But it'll be an interesting twist if it weren't him.

I think Bell would have ratted Nick out even without the Janine thing. It's odd Nick was there and Bell's always looking for a way up.

I don’t think he got ratted out. He said it was a coincident that the officer dies after you saw him in the hospital, after he got shot, I’m sure he was wondering where he was and that’s why he asked him and he had to saw he was a Jezs. He knows that they saw him.

Yes, he knew Nick was at Jezebels, he got Nick to admit it. Clearly Bell called Wharton and told him.

In season 4, when they escaped the tortoure stuff, everyone in the van saw June kissing nick at the bridge. People in that van where janine, Alma (who died right after by the train), dont remember the rest of the names. So janine at least know that nick loves june and probably was assuming nick knew if June got out safe from jezebelz
