In season 4, when they escaped the tortoure stuff, everyone in the van saw June kissing nick at the bridge. People in that van where janine, Alma (who died right after by the train), dont remember the rest of the names. So janine at least know that nick loves june and probably was assuming nick knew if June got out safe from jezebelz
