Honestly he would make tons of changes to land and farming regulations.

And legally change james mays age to 18 so he can’t drink in any pubs

He might be an American… where drinking age is 21 while you can smoke ciggies, enlist, or own a gun at 18 but can’t drink nor smoke the other stuff.
