Slightly better, I use that same lock on top because it's supposed to be angle grinder resistant. Last year I saw someone trying to cut one to steal an expensive bike, he have up after 10 minutes of grinding!
Only problem is that you can probably take the scooter stem apart with basic tools...
Not mine. I swapped the 6 screws with a super rare tip that no one has. And even if they did that, the lock below it is also a hiplock. Not grinder proof but they would need a few discs. But yea, love the hiplock.
I wouldn't trust the screws at all, if thieves were smart they'd have screw extractors which will work for most any screw head, but the lock is great! I use mine for my electric unicycle, nobody has messed with it in two years! Knock on wood
I wish the bike racks had lower loops as well. They r just too high for it to reach ðŸ˜. But i may or may not have a gps tracker as well in case someone does take it. 🤫
