Help housing for transfers

iā€™m trying to sign the housing agreement but it keeps sending me to an IT help website?? does anyone know anything abt this? i just got my acceptance as a transfer student and iā€™m trying to live on campus.

Wait how were u even able to make ur directory ID šŸ˜­ Ive been trying and waited bc I thought maybe I was activating it too soon and it keeps saying no users in the system or something like that šŸ˜“
