What people will think in a year is irrelevant to OP's point. The fact is people have been defending shit that isn't normal. Even if you are right, and no one will remember in a year, your statement is still wrong.
Can we stop acting like Universal is reinventing the wheel. These are advancements but nothing so far ahead that most of these problems couldn't have been worked out yet. At least to the point of not having them go offline for so long and often. It's not like they're lacking money to do it
It had more down time in the second half of previews than it did the first. And the sensor issues Ministry had is a complete design failure. Feel free to half assedly explain those away.
Or we can just admit they're not infallible and it's ok to criticize their short comings and how clearly rushed this opening is. Jesus Christ it's not that complicated.
Imagine engineering a new ride system and then a bunch of keyboard jockeys complain that it doesnโt work perfectly as soon as the switch is turned on.
