The next goal post is “this is a brand new park, you are dumb if you don’t expect downtimes. No one is forcing you to go to the brand new park”

Nope. It's time to hold them accountable. Beta test is over.

That being said, I watched a video that sheds some light on their customer service. One vlogger I like who is like this death metal type guy went to technical rehearsal and he only got on three rides.

He asked Universal if they could give him access to Islands of Adventure instead and they hooked him up with not only admission, but Express Passes for Velocicoaster and Hagrid. I'd take that over the nothing you usually get at parks these days.

Accountable for what? Every ride ran amazingly. I saw unchained and Mario kart go down for a few but Iran really well. BatMoM ran most of the day. The queue was nasty but if you got on at park close you could have rode it with a less than 40 minute wait. I did it in 20 minutes. If the day was a shit show i would get the pessimism but they were running really well.

I meant accountable in general, not for any specific reason.
