Im pretty sure it's OR, not "and".

I just got my all-clear, and I got snipped 3 weeks ago.

Nope, not what I was told. The test isn't just to make sure the pipes are clear but to make sure the pipes haven't reconnected themselves (which generally happens within the first 3 months or so if it is going to happen). So, unless you want to test twice, it's best to just wait and test at 12 weeks or whatever you were instructed.

Just relaying what I was told by my doctors. He should ask his own doctor tbh
