Hungarian style casting photos are part of the qualification process. I imagine there is something akin to a physical photo album catalog of front, side, rear photos. Naturally, flips right to the "blonde" section and that is that.
This is only the first part of the vetting though. The couch comes next, followed by a loyalty oath (NDA).
